NOTICE TO MEMBERS

The 16th Annual General Meeting of "RVG Alumni" will be held on Sunday, 29th September 2024, at 11:30 AM at RVG Educational Foundation Premises to transact the following:

Agenda:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as of 31st March 2024, the Income & Expenditure Account, and the Reports of the Managing Committee and Auditors.
2. Appointment of Statutory Auditors for the next term and authorization of the Managing Committee to fix their remuneration.
3. Approval of amendments to the Memorandum and Rules & Regulations of RVG Alumni.
